She has Saran too, it’s not the same I think it’s a thinner fiber (I think that’s what’s different, I can’t explain it)
No you’re totally right!! Cleo’s strands are thicker in some way
@@rodneyrainbow I think Cleo has a mix of hair types , like saran and polypropylene , so dark blue is a normal saran hair but the lighter blue is a poly )
Ghoulia has a saran Hair like Frenkie ,Lagoona,Drakulaura and Toralei

I think her pet is based on the God anubis which is a jackel, and her drink bottle is made to look like a canopic jar. The detial they put into to the g3 line is incredible! And u did an amazing job on her hair 💗💗💗🥰🥰🥰

Cleo is probably one of my favorite from G3😬 but that just proves beauty truly is in the eye of the beholder. You did another amazing job styling her hair. But than again you always do. Thank you so much for sharing and best wishes always.
The reason Cleo‘s hair is so stiff is because it’s actually a mixture of saran and polypropylene

Yeah her lighter blue streaks are polypropylene while the dark blue is saran, that’s why it might feel a lil weird!! But her ghoul spirit doll that’s in that 6 pack of the g3 dolls weirdly has full saran hair!!! So I’m not sure why they did that for the core doll
I’m in love with Lagoona’s hairstyle. I REALLY like how straight you got Lagoona’s hair to be. It really inspires me to do the same to mine (when I get her). I really like Cleo’s hair, it’s very cool and curly!

I just opened my Cleo today. Unlike Frankie and laguna, she has polypropylene hair. Polypropylene is a lower grade of nylon hair, so it's not as nice as rainbow high. But that's why it feels harder and more stiff than the other Monster High dolls. So far all of the Monster High dolls have Saran hair, except for Cleo and Clawdeen (who both have polypropylene). I really dislike polypropylene hair because of how it feels. It is coarse and stiff, and does not lay right when I try and style it, though it does take to heat easier than saran does.
Oh wow and here I was thinking I’ve gotten Saran all figured out 🤦♂️ welp back to the drawing board

hey, just a tip for curling saran and poly hair, once the hair is in curlers you leave it in hot water for 5 minutes and then directly in cold water for 5 minutes you can wait for the curls to dry or take out the curlers right after whilst they are still wet. btw I love your restyle ❤

Some people think Cleo’s hair is actually polypropylene! So maybe that’s why it reacted differently

Well to be fair, I do really like the Haunt Couture Cleo. I think this one just doesn’t look like a MH doll. And the polypropylene hair on top of that makes her no better

Cleo's hair looks kind of heavy to me, like maybe the strands are a little denser or thicker saran? Idk lol anyway, she looks amazing and watching you separate the curls was so therapeutic.

Oh I love lagoona I just got her and clawdeen. The hair I hate but Its fixable. The boil wash made lagoonas hair beautiful so yeah just a little tlc 😍 is cleo and Frankie worth it? I'm definitely getting draculora and the reel drama ones are nice. Thanks 😊 she is so pretty now 😍
I’d say that Frankie is worth it for sure, but Cleo not so much. She’s a little too human like for me

Cleo and clawdeen are my girls. But also got to be glue WILL make your hair stay and stiff just like on real hair. Reason i cant use it. But id like to see u maybe attempt to revamp some REAL LIFE WIGS ik you do dolls but i just was wondering

Cleo's hair type is actually polypropylene, it's a lot less of a good quality material then anything that the other G 3 ghouls have. I think Claudine also has polypropylene. Unfortunately it IS the cheapest doll hair type.
I later found this out 😭 It all made sense considering how weird it was to deal with
Cleo does not have saran hair. It´s polypropylene. Frankie has saran har. And poly hair takes curls quite well in my experience. But it´s still the worst doll hair in my opinion but you made her looks so damn good.

@@rodneyrainbow I know the fact that mattel uses this hair on MH kinda ruined them for me. I hate poly hair with a passion ever since 2010 bratz dolls got it and it was the worst kind. However for curs this hair is great but it sucks to ask around in FB groups to know which doll has which hair type =_= it takes the fun away from me since I´m very picky with doll hair. I also am not the no1 fan of Rainbow High hair. I don´t get it as pin straight as saran and I don´t know why. I tried everything I know

Monster high g3 hair is made out of polypropilene not sera and honestly that hair material it’s know for feeling really cheap and low quality
Why they keep using it is beyond me 🤷♂️
