This video says that transcription starts on the antisense strand (coding strand). This wrong bc transcription starts on the sense (template) strand. The coding strand doesn't need transcription since it's identical (except for Uracil) to mRNA. But the template or sense strand is antiparallel and complementary to the mRNA.
