- Tissot makes an OEM rubber strap that is good. Real good. But Delugs makes a very nice aftermarket strap too! Which one is better? Is the Delugs strap live up to the higher price? Well, check out this review and a side by side of them both!

Good video and very useful! Thanks!
Thank you 🙏 I’m glad.
Great video! Keep up the good work!
Thank you so much 👍
Amazing video very informative and professional 💯 earned a sub my friend
Keep it up
Thank you, sir!!
great review!
Thank you, I really appreciate it!
I was about to buy oem and before pressing purchase I looked this up and found your video. Oem looks better for the slim watch. The thick delugs strap doesn’t fit the thin profile of the watch. Oem for half the price and better rubber imo is a no brainer. Thank you for making this video. Can tell u favor the oem but didn’t wanna bash Delugs, well done, sir. Message received.
I’m glad you enjoyed it and it helped out 😉
great video & nice work!!!
🙏 thank you!
Great analysis--I'm going to pick up the black dial PRX auto on the matching rubber strap. I The pattern symmetry (which you mentioned) between the OEM strap and dial is perfect. I actually prefer the look of the watch on the rubber strap, as on the bracelet it seems like it's trying too hard to be noticed---a little too disco for me. Also, the bracelet has practical limitations in terms of sizing and the lug to lug distance it adds. I'm a little leery of the Powermatic movements based on some things I've read regarding servicing down the line, but this piece has me entranced at the moment.
I think you are making a wise choice with the straps! And you will soon understand what the draw is when you put the PRX on your wrist! 😀👍
just by saying its disco goes to show the knowledge that you have on watches🤦♂️
@@williamduarte3998 No, it's a matter of personal taste. I don't profess to be an expert on anything, let alone watches. But I appreciate your attempt to initiate some inane and negative exchange.
Thanks for the info
You are welcome!
Absolutely not worth it. I also like the thickness of the Tissot strap vs Delugs, the pattern that matches the dial, and the keeper. The problem with the Tissot strap is that they come in a one size fits all, which does not work for my small wrist, whereas Delugs has three different sizes to choose from for their leather, two different sizes for their rubber, or you can purchase their CTS that can be cut to size, but I'm not to keen on that idea. This gives me no choice but to pop over to Delugs and pay the high price that they charge for seemingly no reason except for size. Had Tissot gone with a medium sized strap, rather than the large size, it might have worked, but Delugs it is for me...simply by default.
Great feedback here, thank you!
Great video, so what is the final verdict on that deployant clasp?
Thank you. It’s good! There is no locking mechanism but the springs keep it tight
Makes it a lot easier to get to the straps if you register watch with Tissot (:
Great to know!
I had no idea how flimsy the clasp was on the delugs band. I really prefer the clasp on the original tissot steel bracelet. Do you know if its possible to attach the tissot clasp to the delugs rubber strap?
I'm not sure, as I moved along the watch in a trade. So sorry!
@@threehandhunter i tried, unfortunately doesn’t work 😫
Sucks they don't make the oem straps for the 35mm. Ive been looking for a waffle pattern strap for the 35mm everywhere but it seems like nobody makes them
I’m not sure why, you’d think that 35mm is really popular
Does this particular type of strap near the lugs have a name? Thank you
I don’t think so…and most integrated straps will have really narrow lug widths
I have 40 mm Green waffle but dont seem to find OEM which complements it.
They don’t have last I checked
Good review. The Delugs straps are FKM. I know that this type of synthetic rubber is very popular. However, it feels artificial to me. I prefer caoutchouc which is natural rubber. What type of rubber is the Tissot strap?
I have a lot (I’m talking like 10) FKM straps and the Delugs feel “different” to me. Like a different composition or something. And the OEM is like a silicone. Like a Barton strap
@@threehandhunter, Thanks very much 👍
The pricing is a bit too heavy for the Delugs straps. I like them better though
I hear what you are saying.
Do you like black+ blue dial?
I do! Love the look!
why is there no option for the 35mm one? wtf
I'm waiting for Tissot to release that to pick up a 35mm powermatic prx
Have you looked? You should ask them!
Yes, there is only a pink and brown strap for the 35mm, both are ugly @@threehandhunter
The Delugs strap actually looks better your wrist than the OEM one.
Thank you!🙏
Next time, use the K-Bar!😂
Haha that’s what I was thinking 😂
Own Delugs, it's actually overpriced for a strap. Idk to feel sad or happy with it. Get Delugs's last year since the oem rubber haven't release yet by Tissot back then. 😂
You may want to try the OEM!
The price tilts it.
Yep
I can’t justify Delugs price for rubber straps. So thank god for the Aliexpress-Chinese copying Delugs-chineses straps.
Didn’t know they made them too! Nice
spoilled the entire watch🤦♂️with that rubber strap
I’m just not a bracelet guy…different strokes for different folks!
