Please tell me what the name of the tool that expands in the hole of the handle. I have a 5" chuck. But that is the last piece I need for my lathe and I cant figure out whats it's called. Is it just a smaller chuck? What are the measurements?

Hi, are you selling any custom Handles? I like your work, however when I click on the ebay listings, there are none posted. Do you have a website? Is there a waitlist? How do I get one of these masterpieces!?

I am working on these as a hobby and side hustle right now and with work-at-home for my main job I am trying to find time to make them. I sell any that I list on eBay within a day or so each time.

Not be grammar police but I saw you edited your posting - I assure you they are not "bear" feet though they are big and ugly. And yeah, not the ideal shop attire - but I didn't have my long sleeves on and did have my full face shield on.

Thanks, it is one of my favorite techniques on the brush blanks.

Could this work for slim line pen blank's ?

I would think so with a vertical mold for the blanks you can do all kinds of layers in it. Don't know about the transparent nature of the blank type with a pen tube, would have to paint the inside or have a colored tube.
