I only like this version of this song, specially the "break from heeEEEer side...!!" bit =)
I uploaded it 'cause I've never found this version on youtube...
For Charlotte a.k.a. 'Charlie' (1992-1997) Thanks for turning me on to Del Amitri, it was the best gift you ever gave me in our short time together!
Beautiful tune, a vastly underrated band.
This was recorded live in Boulder at KBCO Studio C, (a local radio station).
This song 's got soul,
Großartig - danke !
Damn that HeeEEeer and then again when he says "cause you are driIIving" jejejejeje
There are two people I know of that I love hearing their voice crack a bit. It's Neil Finn and Justin Currie. The breaks just add a sense of pain felt by the listener.
2 of the greatest singer/songwriters of the last 40 years
like it!
♥♥♥
Agreed,,,,I don't see any confusion in your video....btw, very good video. thx for that
Too many people have had this experience. Smothered a life that might have been ? Not judging....been there...wish I had not. What might have been...? Still think about it 40 years later..you live...you learn..you try to forgive yourself
I miss Andy and David :( (and Iain too of course)
why do certian people have tonit pick about how english is writen or speled listen to the music or cmment on ma deliberet mistokes
It is YOUR BOOTS, YOU'RE means YOU ARE, how would it be Swimming with YOU ARE boots on?
Yeah, and I wrote ''your boots'', so what are you on about..?
This beautiful song is about driving home from an abortion clinic and all the various emotions that would cause. Sad and beautiful.
why is there always some spelling nazi, waiting to pounce on your every mistake? This is the internet not an English essay! Who cares?...really! Great song, thanks for posting
How is it possible that native speakers when reporting song lyrics make so many spelling and grammatical mistakes? e. g. YOU'RE BOOTS instead of YOUR BOOTS
I don't see where I've made that mistake...?
