I picked up a bottle of Deep Blue for something fresh in the hot Florida summers. I have some expensive frags in my collection and Deep Blue is certainly one of the cheaper underdogs in my collection. I never expected much out of it but then the compliments started coming in on it which took me by surprise. The gals at the office love it. I was at the checkout counter at a store and the girl says to me "Wow, you smell great." She calls out to her coworker to come over to have a sniff and she loved it also. I walked away baffled wondering if I've been missing something and it's actually better than I'd been giving it credit. I go nose blind to it quickly but apparently it sticks around as it seems to pull compliments all through the day. Can't go wrong with this one for outdoor summertime adventures.
Great review. I like the Deep Blue. I didn’t get good performance from it though, about 4-5 hours. It works great in casual environments, especially the gym. This is a killer gym fragrance. It’s very clean and it gives off an effervescent ‘fizz’ at the top and mid that is kinda unique.
man when the wind picks up this just wakes up and leaves a trail. I think it is excellent and is right there with gold blend as the best variants of polo blue. Still wish they had not reformulated the original. I love it.
I just got this after testing it multiple times in store. The opening is so fresh, love the mango note. And it leaves a beautiful scent trail. I like the fact that this one kind of went under the radar as it can be my signature scent. :) Love your reviews. You're the most trustworthy fragrance reviewer on YT.
I needed a summer heat, pure aquatic. I saw this for 30% off at Dillards, tried a sample spray, liked it...and I thought "Why not?" It's kind of like a budget Aqua Di Gio Profundo and that is far from a bad thing. Mango is an interesting, unique note. It's stronger than I thought it would be..I can sense it on myself pretty distinctly for 5 hours or so.
I just got this on sale today at Macy's. They had a 4.2 oz for $52. Very good deal. Total blind buy. Also seeing how much your channel has grown from 2 years ago and your improvement as a reviewer is really nice to see. Good job!
Gold blend all the way. I have a big bottle ive only used a few times...but I will o ly wear it on special occasions because its discontinued and ill never see another bottle. Im looking at getting this one tho , thanks for your trusted review.
Spot on review. Smells great. Great projection for me too. As you said, lacks in performance. I get about 6 hours. While that's not horrible, for the price, should be better.

I have a sample of this to try! However after the performance issues with the last 4 polo fragrances I have purchased I don't know if I am willing to give Polo anymore of my money. Now don't get me wrong every Polo fragrance I have smells amazing immediately after spraying but in the case of Black and Double Black the scent is literally gone in 15 minutes. The only one I have that I can actually recommend is Polo Red Extreme but even that fragrance vanishes after about an hour and a half.

@TLTG Reviews i guess it depends on when it's applied. some ambroxan bombs last longer regardless of when it's applied. i found this at all of the local retailers here in south florida so i'm gonna get my hands on a bottle and give it a weeks worth of wearing
I tried it. To me, the opening is proondo, and mid and dry down straight profumo. Lasts a looon time. I did not try the newest parfum. Are they close? I would love to get the better one of two.

Love Deep Blue have it on today!!! One of my frequent go to’s in Spring and Summer. Love the bottle and the juice color also. Solid fragrance!!!!!

Deep Blue is nice but definitely not worth retail. Love the opening and how similar it is to polo blue OG.
