- Dexter Jackson has some of the most inspiring posing of the Arnold Classic 2018.
Dexter Jackson was one of the top contenders to win the Arnold Classic 2018 - and it was a close fight between him and William Bonac. But while Dexter's physique might not have had just the right amount of perfection to beat out Bonac... he did have one of the best posing routines of the weekend. Dexter brings class back to posing - and it's all too apparent from Saturday night's finals posing routine. Watch the full clip from the Arnold Classic 2018 above!

Gerrit Steen I'm sure he loves it, the way he talks. it's still definitely about winning though... He always talks about he can't wait until he retires, he wants to eat like a regular human being, i feel him on that as I lose weight pretty fast if I skip meals like him.. If he start placing really bad out the top 5 Olympia and then he considers hanging up the trunks, but didn't last yr because he didn't train w/Charles Glass and George Farah.... Dexter ain't no way competing because "it's fun" or he's an oldie and knows he can just place well. He want those first place checks to add on to his bank account. Especially why Dexter does the Arnold so many times. Obviously he want to set a record, but he wanna cash them first place Arnold prize

Enjoyed Dexter choice of music Great posing haven't watched him pose so much. Have to say for 48yrs old his physique is phenomenal but aside from his age He's quite obviously a world class bodybuilder. This posing routine shows off brilliantly the great condition Dexter in.

You know nothing about the back, lol. Kai has tiny traps..which is part of the back if you do not know. Dexter on the other hand has almost perfect back in every way.
Sharky then you know nothing of bodybuilding. Traps like you said is part of the back but the judges doesnt just judge the traps they judge the whole back if you do not know. Kai has one of the greatest backs out there. Im no kai greene fan but lets be honest he beats dexter

Gut formed due to not by over carbed 😂 during competition they follow low carb diet. Gut is due to growth hormone and insulin
Yes, strict dieting for the 12 weeks, but on competition day, they carb up to fill out their muscles. Usually a week after competition when the pressure is off, these guys usually don't have the bubblegut!
experiment0003 i dont think so. GH makes their gut to grow and also insulin make it the worst. That's why classic physique competitors doesn't have a gut.
jishnudev p you know nothing about bodybuildning, nothing. They do carb up before shows and together with insulin it can bloat them up, hgh is just a myth.

His gut isn't even as bad as other bodybuilders. Roelly's is worse, hell even the champ Phil Heath's is worse. Dexter is one of the smaller and more aesthetic bodybuilders.

The judges wouldn't have seen the gut as much from where they were sitting. During the back double biceps especially, the fans could see the gut because of the camera angle but the judges didnt get that angle. Dexter knew how to hide it from them a lot of the time.

MrRamy there's no such thing as gh gut. Look at retired bodybuilders (that may have had a "gut" but now they don't. You can't reverse organ growth. It's massive amounts of food trying to fill out. Hope this helps.

I cant get over when a bodybuilder has that high glute like at 2:21. I dont know much about bodybuilding but is there a way to avoid building that weird ass looking muscle, no pun intended? It just looks silly and really pulls away from everything else like a bloated gut.
