So grateful to live in Wa state and get to see him play the gorge amphitheater every year .. this album tour especially .. this album was one of my favs.. the newest album I’m super excited for just based on the first song released ! Sounds like these crowded streets so far

Probably one of the most successful musicians Jimmy has had on his show, and also the most humble.
This is probably the only time anyone has ever given recognition to The Roots. Bravo✌🏼
Saw The Roots open for DMB years ago, and then Kirk, the horn section, and later MC Black Thought came out and joined them for a couple songs... AMAZING.

Really a horrible waste of time Wouldn't reccomend it.
I don't know if they still do this, but Dave and Tim Reynolds used to do small tours together (usually colleges) and it would be an acoustic-only show with no band. Just 2 dudes, and 2 guitars. I've seen them together probably 3 or 4 times (been a fan since the mid-90's) and I swear that half of the show is just Dave sitting there on a stool between songs sharing some of the craziest, and funniest, stories I've ever heard in my life. The guy is just awesome and if he and Tim every do their acoustic tour again, you should pay whatever they are asking and go see the show!
@@gustafsone I've seen dave and Tim about 4 times dave said a little but but not much talking in remember him talking about face eating at a show at cmac....aka marvin sands
@@gustafsone Saw them 5 years in a row because where I lived they always did a 2 night concert and we always went and camped out for the whole weekend. On one of the first nights of the weekend Dave and Tim did an acoustic only night and it was one of the best live shows I've ever been to in my life by far.
Love DMB saw them live twice when I was younger. Those were the good old days man.
This is the first time I've ever heard Dave Matthews talk normally and be able to understand him.
