HONEY ROASTED CARROTS & PARSNIPS
Carrots and Parsnips, cut into batons of similar size
Butter
Honey
Salt & Pepper
AIR FRY then naked for 20 mins on 180 degrees, keep turning every 5 mins
Coat in the goodness and back in to AIR FRY for a final 10 mins

I don’t remember saying these are dairy free… why do you think that?
For your information I do actually use Flora block butter which is a plant based dairy alternative and it’s really good.
