      @@kathrinenewbury7196 Hi, I haven’t tried it with dried lasagne but under pressure I would imagine it would work. You may want your sauces to be a bit more liquid so that the dried sheets have more moisture to cook. I’m guessing really but that makes sense to me.

    Thanks so much for your recipes Susannah, I’d be lost without your channel. I tried making chilli before on SC & it kept saying ‘No Pressure’ “Add Water’ so I was made up when I found your recipe but it did the same. It seems to take 8-10 mins to build pressure, burn the bottom of the food and then error message comes up. I tried adding a cpl 100ml water on the surface like I’ve seen you do on some pasta dishes but it did the same? Do you know what I might be missing? I’ve pressure cooked other recipes fine so can’t see it being a fault?….

      @@EmmaLeighWaite Hi, blimey that’s annoying. I’m always careful to leave my meat and veg on the bottom and layer my liquids (I don’t stir when I’m adding pasta so that I’m keeping the liquids to the surface). Could be stirring? Or have you used sear/saute before pressure cooking and left food stuck to the bottom, this can cause it to burn? If the quantities are right then it could be your lid seal letting out pressure (moisture) and therefore causing it to burn and not come to pressure and cook as it should. Have you done a pressure test with water only to see if it comes to pressure ok? X

      @ it was very hot/bubbling before I moved to PC so could be dry on bottom… I did a PC test before I very first started using it & have PC’d lots of others (abs love your beef taco pasta dish & made it three times now 😍) it does seem to let a visible steam out of the lid I wondered about but have never touched the seal. I’ll do another PC test, remove & replace the seal & maybe let the sear/sauté cool for a few mins beforehand & give it 1 more try. It’s pretty much cooked after 2 failed pressure builds anyway so we’ve eaten it both times it’s just annoying. Love the depth the coriander & Cumin gives your version 😋

    Do you keep the valve in the middle position (which is the only way it seals) or put it upward on the seal option?

      @@Fuente313Hi, the pressure valve is for pressure cooking only (you don’t need to worry about the position for using steam). PRE is the building up of the steam and it will be cooking during this time, it will then switch to counting down the time. My cook times consider the PRE part of the process.

      Glad you liked it, I think pressure cooked potatoes in stock is the best way in the Ninja Foodi, gives them extra flavour

    I've cooked this a few times Last night I did my own twist on it, I used pork mince, added some diced peppers, and also crushed the cashews Then served it up with lettuce leaf as a Yuk Sung It was delicious I think you should try it and post it ready for the Chinese New Year

    How do I cook rice and potatoes at the same time?

      Thats an interesting one, never thought about it and never been asked. I suppose the question is what sort of potatoes do you want to achieve to if it's possible. I like rice pressure cooked so you could use the pot-in-pot method on the rack and below have potatoes in water/stock. This would give you either new potatoes or 'boiled' peeled potatoes or potatoes ready for mashing. You would need to cut the potatoes small to cook at the same rate as the rice (size is key to get this right). It is possible to slow cook rice in a pot-in pot method (although I haven't tried) so you could do this with roast potatoes in the pot on slow cook too. I can't give you timings as I have not tried this. These are the only options I can think of right now. Although, I have seen chefs air fry rice in water covered but I tried and failed. If this is possible then you could then have more options available with the potatoes. I hope that helps a little. For me I'd go safe with pressure cooking if this option works for you. Susannah

    Hi, I’ve just cooked this and it was gorgeous and so filling, I didn’t have any cream so used a coconut yoghurt I had, turned out scrummy. Thanks for the recipe 😁👍

    Amazing result 🎉 It was my first try cooking a proper meal with my Ninja Foodi. I was doubting that it would cook good enough, but I'm glad I put the entire 500g spaghetti in. The onion and cream were both good touches ❤ Looking forward to trying other recipes of Susannah! 😊

      @@sarahmaqbool5136 Hi, I have cooked sea bass as a steam meal and using steam. Cod should be similar. I definitely need some cod recipes so will work on those for the new year
