Vlog| Having a productive morning and a great start to the first day of work!

Hey all first off thank you to all those who continue to watch and support my content been trying to get into making more videos consistently. Today I woke up at 5am did my morning hygiene routine then I made myself a coffee and got to work! Great work out on the tonal machine. I am truly blessed to be a father though it has its trials and tribulations being a father makes everything have a layer of obstacles from scheduling to even just making time for myself but we are doing it one day at a time and working on our mental health through therapy and medication and meditation. Come with me on this journey we call life!
