I appreciate the color grading on your videos. On other channels its usually very bright and saturated, but I lean more towards the more realistic muted colors of your vids. Feels more relaxing

I agree muted colors are way better, especially when I usually watch these types of videos at 2am to try to get myself to wake up at 7am, it’s just darker and dosent blind me.

been slowly moving my alarm down to 7am ive made it from 12 mid day to 9am now and im getting there, oh boy does it take time. this is motivating to be able to see someone else who has achieved waking up at 7am for me as thats my goal too!

the together health men's multi vitamins are amazing, it has so many nutrients and doesn't have any weird chemicals :)
new to the channel, but this video was really nice to watch and it helped motivate me to try new things in my life! for vitamin recommendations, i’m pretty new too, but after researching single vitamin supplements that only focus on certain ones like b12 or d, versus the multivitamin ones, the multivitamin ones are perfect to get a plethora of daily recommended vitamins needed. i recommend nature made multivitamin for him (slightly stronger and includes vitamin k) compared to other typical brands like one a day or centrum. but if you have a deficiency for one of the vitamins, i would definitely also buy/use a single vitamin supplement like the b12 one you have. thank you again for this video!
