At its price of 595k pesos, the C400GT is one of the more expensive scooters that you can buy in the Philippines. I think it's also one of the best looking and with its top speed of of 140kph, it's also one of the fastest. At 350cc though it just stops short of being expressway legal. Is it worth your money?
