I love the detail of Odysseus having that haunted, fearful, and done look when Calypso starts dancing around him as the seasons change. It just shows his mentality of how SICK his is to be here and not back home, and how it is slowly killing him inside

Seeing all the amazing animatics the fandom has made makes me really want Epic to be an animated musical. Nothing against a regular musical, but an animated musical would be able to fully capture all the fun, the action, the horror, the sorrow, the love and the pain we envision when we listen to these songs

You see, in most versions of her story, Calypso is the daughter of the Titan Atlas (the titan who was forced to hold up the sky on his shoulders for eternity because of his choice to side with his fellow Titans during the Titanomachy).
It makes me so sad that neither Eurylochus nor Polites survived, because I'm sure either of them would've been more than happy to stay with Calypso forever and Odysseus would've been let go sooner.
