This was a fun video! I like to cut my Nathan's hot dogs 🌭 down the middle & grill/ cook them face down so they caramelize a little, or I like them for breakfast with eggs! Oh! Get litterbox mats. They have two layers, the top is perforated. You surround the boxes with them so the cats step on them when they jump out. They collect litter from their feet so you can easily pour it back into their boxes. That and a litter genie (a smell containing trash/litter bin) and you will have 90% less hassle with litter, at least.
@@ChelseaCallahan I highly agree with the litter mat & the litter genie but also stainless steel litter boxes are so great to help keep the odor down I got one for each of my kittens and the took to the immediately even with the edge being 6 inches high, I got them from Amazon for $35-39 a bit pricey but I won’t ever have to replace them like the plastic ones that hold the odor.

As a very very pale girl who is also low-maintenance and doesn't really care about tanning, but wants to get tan every once in awhile to build a bit of confidence..... *takes a deep breath in lol* LOVING TAN brand is the absolute best. It has something in it that gives you an olive undertone and is anti-orange. I get the 2-hour express in Medium or Dark, put it on before bed, sleep in it, and wash it off in the morning and it just gives you an olivy sun-kissed look without being too dark. GOOD LUCK! lol

My favorite summer feeling is when it’s OVER! I live in Southern California in the high desert (elevation about 2,300 feet) and it is HOT 🥵 here!! It cools off some at night but the days are unbearable! So I always love when fall rolls around. It’s lovely! 😊

I have the same history and reason for journaling, done it since 10 years old and it really grounds, help to process my life and is a tool for healing. I have also used Headspace for meditation now 2 years, and I have been consistent the bast 9 months. Other than that working out, moving my body is crucial for my wellbeing and being outside. I live in a tiny house, so I actually have been more time outside than in since May. And having connections, socializing with people has become very important. Greetings from Estonia
I get my day started with a heavy lifting workout followed by 30 minutes walking my dog. This truly sets my day up on a positive note and I feel accomplished from the start.

my favourite summer feeling is the first dip in the sea , like slightly cold, when you dive all in, the sun above you, the chrystal water drobs sparkling in the sun when you splash around the water. So to put it together: a combination of water and sun.
This is why I love your channel. I think asking what people do for their mental health is super important in this day and age. I think it’s cool that you’re getting into meditation and breath work. I recently have too. Please never stop discussing these topics and never stop showing your apartment when it’s messy. It’s about having integrity and being real.
"Why is that trigger you" is going to be my motto for the rest of 2024. I do have really bad anxiety and sometimes I don't really leave the house. But for some reason drinking a lot of water helps and sticking to a routine. Cleaning the house on Wednesdays and laundry on Sundays. Staying on top of yard work when I have extra energy. I've also been reading a lot more which has helped alot!

As far as mental health, spending time with friends, spending more time on beauty as I too am pretty low maintenance, deep breathing, and I i recently took a break from coffee to help me sleep.
first time viewer. You were on my suggested page. I liked this! Its real, its vulnerable, its your life. I am allergic to cats but they are so cute! You asked "what have you been doing to cope". I have been a daily meditator since 2017. For some reason I needed something for random anxiety. Its helped me tremendously. That and crystals. Yoga, Meditation and being "mindful" is really where its at as you approach your 40's. 20's were messy, and still figuring out who I "was", would never want to repeat. 30's I was like yah! I am comfortable and this is great. Then the 40's came.. (cue the jaws music). Its a different would as you approach (or get deeper into) perimenopause! So many new "things" to deal with. anyways, I look forward to binge watching more of you content! Thank you!

Please don’t let other people‘s negativity influence you. Your home is not dirty, it’s just a little messy sometimes and I love seeing it. Your channel has been so authentic and comforting and you show the real side of life. I can relate to you in many ways and it’s comforting to know that i am not alone with some struggles. As long as the state of your home isn’t a danger to you or your cats, it’s all good. Plus, you always got on top of it eventually. Do your thing. As a very very pale girl who is also low-maintenance and doesn't really care about tanning, but wants to get tan every once in awhile to build a bit of confidence..... *takes a deep breath in lol* LOVING TAN brand is the absolute best. It has something in it that gives you an olive undertone and is anti-orange. I get the 2-hour express in Medium or Dark, put it on before bed, sleep in it, and wash it off in the morning and it just gives you an olivy sun-kissed look without being too dark. GOOD LUCK! lol

I agree! Bondi Sands is also amazing! If you get a tanner with a green undertone, it neutralizes the orange! I am very fair and freckled and get compliments all the time on how natural it looks!

My favorite summer feeling is when it’s OVER! I live in Southern California in the high desert (elevation about 2,300 feet) and it is HOT 🥵 here!! It cools off some at night but the days are unbearable! So I always love when fall rolls around. It’s lovely! 😊

I’m lucky to live in a country that has universal healthcare - although it’s not completely free - so I feel for you having to worry about needing health insurance. I’m sure you’ll figure it out.

thank you for sharing what life actually is with us. it somehow helps me not put too push pressure on myself when it comes to building the life I want and reminds me that sometimes things get messy in the process. And that's okay. That realistic view on life helps me not beat myself up when things don't go my way, but simply allow them to slowly unfold and trust the process. As a 29-year-old single girly who is also living alone, I find so much comfort in your videos. I get so happy when you upload and I love seeing your life. I live on the west coast and have never been to New York so I love experiencing it through your videos ❤
I have the same history and reason for journaling, done it since 10 years old and it really grounds, help to process my life and is a tool for healing. I have also used Headspace for meditation now 2 years, and I have been consistent the bast 9 months. Other than that working out, moving my body is crucial for my wellbeing and being outside. I live in a tiny house, so I actually have been more time outside than in since May. And having connections, socializing with people has become very important. Greetings from Estonia
I get my day started with a heavy lifting workout followed by 30 minutes walking my dog. This truly sets my day up on a positive note and I feel accomplished from the start.

my favourite summer feeling is the first dip in the sea , like slightly cold, when you dive all in, the sun above you, the chrystal water drobs sparkling in the sun when you splash around the water. So to put it together: a combination of water and sun.
This is why I love your channel. I think asking what people do for their mental health is super important in this day and age. I think it’s cool that you’re getting into meditation and breath work. I recently have too. Please never stop discussing these topics and never stop showing your apartment when it’s messy. It’s about having integrity and being real.
"Why is that trigger you" is going to be my motto for the rest of 2024. I do have really bad anxiety and sometimes I don't really leave the house. But for some reason drinking a lot of water helps and sticking to a routine. Cleaning the house on Wednesdays and laundry on Sundays. Staying on top of yard work when I have extra energy. I've also been reading a lot more which has helped alot!

You asked "what have you been doing to cope". I have been a daily meditator since 2017. For some reason I needed something for random anxiety. Its helped me tremendously. That and crystals. Yoga, Meditation and being "mindful" is really where its at as you approach your 40's. 20's were messy, and still figuring out who I "was", would never want to repeat. 30's I was like yah! I am comfortable and this is great. Then the 40's came.. (cue the jaws music). Its a different would as you approach (or get deeper into) perimenopause! So many new "things" to deal with. anyways, I look forward to binge watching more of you content! Thank you!
