I love my 2023 CX 5 Carbon Edition. The CX 50 that I test drove was giving station wagon and rugged which I dont like and the CX 5 got the edge for me because it was assembled in Japan and looks more refined exterior.

The cx5 turbo is a very fun car to drive. Faster 0 to 60, more clearance and better rear suspension, Zoom Zoom.

I felt it to be slightly faster ngl. But the CX-50 was really good too. It’s hard to pick between the two except the steering and driving position was really good on the CX-50

Yes, it is faster and Maybe it is due to cx5 has a dynamic pressure turbo instead the twin scroll turbo in cx50.

Not a fan of the CX-50 myself. I would choose a CX-5 or CX-30 over it every time. I'm currently driving a 2022 CX-30.

As an SUV the CX-30 is great but too small for me the CX-5 is so much better size aspect. Can’t hate on the opinion regardless though

I have only one question. My ‘23 Meridian had a sticker price of $41,930. I added OEM roof crossbars, splash guards and cargo cover as dealer accessories when I took delivery. That added a little over $900 to the sticker price. Did the dealer have additional mark-ups on the sticker price? Even with the price increase for 2024, $46K would easily buy the Turbo Premium Plus, the top of the line CX-50.

So I’ve been looking into some of the details of it and did some investigation on it as that was priced at $46,000 which was including dealer accessories on top of it. They went up just slightly in 2024. So there was a small mark up on the price.
