    That's the way I fillet
    my fish but Ive never tried this recipe. Sounds really good & going to try it out.

    Not a whiting. Whiting is a cod like saltwater fish. Either way. Why criticize the man’s fillet skills instead of watching the video for what it is. A recipe video. Plenty of fillet videos you can find and criticize

    Where did you learn how to fillet fish? MacDonalds? You should remove scales first and then start filleting. What you do is just trying to fillet fish not knowing how to dobit properly.

      Hmm guess I’ve been doing all those hundreds of fish wrong all these years. Why on earth would you scale them first?

    Terrible! Why even try to fillet a fish if you don't know how - worse yet, one that is evidentially (translucent flesh) so nearly spoiled! Learn to recognize what FRESH CAUGHT fish look like, then some day you might be able to add chef to your name. BTW, I hate cats, yet even I wouldn't give that old carcass to one.
