How to fillet a Whitefish!

This is our favorite way to fillet a whitefish to make it completely boneless! Plus we share some tips on getting the BEST quality meat possible.
Who else loves whitefish out there!? It has to be our favorite, above Walleye and Perch even. Fried, baked, grilled, you cant go wrong with any method of cooking.

Bought some from Lou's last fall when I was up that way and had it smoked. It was awesome! Hopefully I will be able to harvest some of my own someday.
