I learned about The Room in 2009 from Louie CK when he was on O&A, he described it to them... then YEARS later Anthony actually watched it. But I can't blame them for forgetting Louie mentioned the Room, because I'm pretty sure it was the same show they all watched Paul O's own magnum opus "Gap." That movie was so awful it kills short term memory. Paul O wishes he had the talent of Tommy Wiseau.

For years, I would see the billboard for this alleged movie in LA and the running joke among everyone was nobody knew what the fuck it was, yet someone paid at least a few grand a month to keep it up there. When I finally saw the movie, it played into all the lore and made it all the more hilarious.
As i'm watching them talk about it more and more stuff from the movie keeps coming out. It's the kind of film you must watch with others and keep pausing the commenting on because it so bad it's classic. The music the acting, not one person in this movie should be allowed to act ever again but then again they cannot look good saying those lines.
It's funny that this channel ripped off Adult Swims bumps, because one of the reasons this movie was seen by a wider audience is because Adult Swim would play it

Anyways, the audience bashes the movie the whole time, for example throwing plastic spoons as a picture framed spoon appears in almost every scene. The Mayfair Theatre has couches, its a riot, everyone should experience it.
There was a British reality-comedy show called "La La Land" where the main comedian posed as an actor and got a real role in a Tommy Wizseau movie. He drives Wizeau fucking nuts, spending production money on scratchcards and deliberately fucking up takes for the "gag reel". Wizeau storms off set saying "I am goddamn American director, respect me man, don't underestimate me man!"
So this is where that James Franco movie comes from? Why was this movie honored with a a movie about the making? Is this one of those so bad it's funny movies? I can watch the worst horror movie on the planet but I don't think I could make it through this one.
