@kennedywilliams2280 on the contrary, I had a more positive opinion of Opie until I listened to a large portion of the show and then revisited the Grape Incident and listened to some more full shows post 2011. he really was a completely ungrateful and unchecked narcissist who only got worse with time, someone could be excused for not thinking that if their only view of Opie was pre 2011. obviously all comedians are somewhat self-obsessed too but they have (or had) some semblance of self-awareness, Opie never did and it was grating. it is no accident that everyone who was a part of this show still talks to each other, minus Opie.

@D Ceased "hello whos this" to really just annoy jimmy and act like its a bit when in reality everyone's just mad that bobo was thrown into a totally different bit.

+Gaspacho bob Yer, he offers more of the serious side to the show, and I think he knows he's not 'That Funny' but he knows Radio better than both Ant and Jim and knows how to keep guests involved, plus when he is there it's funny when all three are just sitting down chatting about past stuff and listening to the most horrible shit together.
I think Ant and Jimmy should cut the boss at 24:00 some slack, I mean his daughter Jean has just been kidnapped and he doesn't want his son-in-law Jerry to "muck it up"!
2022 - Jim and Sam still exist -still bad -Sams still terrible Anthony -wants money for a service that not worth the salt -even more crazy with politics, but now it's kinda weird because he's just ranting his ideas without a guy like Patrice or Burr to get the other side and have a conversation about it. It’s fcking amazing
One of Opie's best shows ever
the Opester really kills it on this one

As he's been doing it on the morning show for the past 2 month.
Lyle Chipperson sits down for a serious one on one.
But he wasn’t in this one!! ...oh literal Jim....
"Hold on... Hold on... Hold the fuck on... This... I've been DEALING with these kinds of bosses all my LIFE".
"He didn't fire me for driving away! Why do you think he's going to care about a wrench!"😂😂
With zero exceptions, there's always more joy in the studio when Greg isn't there.
"I blamed a negro"
"I was sneezing and I had a miscarriage"
"It's January 2nd"
Jimmy is so fucking hilarious.
"I was washing my children and they stopped breathing so I backed my van into the lake.. I blamed a negroe"

Jimmy was on fire in this one
Anthonys laugh is the best!
"I sneezed and had a miscarriage, and John slipped in it and broke the wrench."
"I live in a giant bucket!"
That was the biggest laugh I've had since 8 track porno. Jesus christ that was a great line.

When the guy drove off and left his boss was pretty great tho.
Even better is that he waited on him, and then drove off to prove his point.
2 ways to improve that; He mounts the curb and runs him over or as he’s walking to the car you hear two gun shots.
