Thanks so much for doing this tune. The whole lesson is So cool, the solo naturally but the piano figure is critical, bass lick, the whole 9.❤ I heard somewhere that Harrison also played the bass on the chorus. If I grow up I’ll be a singer, wearing rings on every finger….
About the bass in Old Brown Shoe song: In a 1987 interview for Creem magazine, however, Harrison recalled that he was the bass guitarist on the track, rather than McCartney.[60][61] When the interviewer, J. Kordosh, suggested that the bass part "sounds like McCartney was going nuts again", Harrison replied: "That was me going nuts. I’m doing [on the bass] exactly what I do on the guitar."[62]
His quote might have been a “Drive My Car” situation, where he says he played the bass but he’s actually referring to the guitar line the doubles the bass
Curious can you play some of the songs off Jackie Lonax, Is This What You Want? Album. Harrison produced it being and old chum of Jackie’s and they collaborated with Paul McC and Clapton and Nicky Hopkins for some tunes like Sour Milk Sea, Eage Laughs at You, New Day, to name a few. Just killer tunes!
You obviously know what you're doing here. I love this song. Unfortunately the guitar is a lot louder than your voice, so I had to play it really loud to make out your voice or just listen to the guitar without being able to understand your instructions. Any way to get the voice louder? - Thanks!
Great lesson for a great song…
George was such a master at outlining the chords and coming up with tasty licks. He's so underrated.
One of their best 💚
I like this song so much, I have the middle guitar lick as my ring tone.
Outstanding lesson. Thanks
Magnífica canción y gran lección. Muchas gracias maestro.

Great teaching and much appreciated.
This is exactly what I was searching for. Thanks!!
Bravo!
Ottima lezione 👋

Yes! - It was my understanding as well... But I couldn't find any verification. He also played bass on Oh Darling!
Interesting

Thank you so much :-) The support is very appreciated.
I read George played bass too, not McCartney

Correction Lomax not Lonax. Doh!!
I was going to request this. I figured you were thinking about doing something anyway
Hard Days Night opening chord..........Hundreds.....Only John and George know it
Almost a good lesson. Why doesn't your tab in the solo follow what your playing?

Thanks so much for teaching me that, this is my progress so far /watch?v=sKLqbS40s7Q 😊
Thanks!
Thanks so much for the support... Yes, apparently George played bass on a few things. Oh Darling! is really cool as well :-)
Thanks!
