I’ve just started the journey of exercising regularly and have been window-shopping UA-cam for various workouts to try different styles and see what I like. A workout video yesterday left me in tears feeling so bad about myself because I’m so unco-ordinated. I absolutely loved this workout and the effort you put into explaining different variations and your understandable ‘corset’ and ‘Jean pocket’ analogies to ensure I had the correct form. I’m definitely coming back to this and really looking forward to doing more of your workouts! Thank you ❤❤❤❤
Just started doing various barre workouts, this was great. Just enough variety, beginners to more advanced catered for. You are positive and encouraging with a down to earth approach. No fakeness, which is wonderful. ❤

I love this workout! I love that you play music, and that you put on the screen what were working, and the time, and the circle countdown. I love the modification options and the burn I feel!! Ive done this workout 2x now with my routine and in a week or 2 when I switch up my routine I’m excited to try more of your videos!

I was remembering a film from the early 80s I thought you might enjoy. Have you ever seen 'Clockwise' staring John Cleese (should be on amazon etc.). Was wondering if you might find it funny! It’s like therapy the burn takes your mind of the stress because you can’t think of anything else and gives your brain time to think and breathe and digest. I always think it’s easier to solve the problems after exercising. Xxx
Fantastic workout! I've been regularly working out for years, but this last year I've been dealing with an injury only to learn I have early degenerative disc disease. That's the real reason for all my issues these months. Anyways, I'm looking for low impact workouts now and found you! So looking forward to the burn and getting stronger once again!!

LOVED THIS! I have done (and will continue to do) pilates but I loved the movement and variety of exercises, especially the arm toning (so many work outs skim through that). 30 minutes is perfect. Thank you! I found you by doing a simple search.
So happy you loved it so much. I agree about the arm thing. I think it’s because it’s hard to know how to get a good arm burn out with no equipment. I haven't worked out in awhile but this was great! My only wish is there were more modifications, there were a few moves I couldn't do because of injuries. I ended up just holding a move or resting but felt like there could be more!
Depends it’s really hard to say everybody is different. Try working out with for a month, and do 3 videos a week if you can. Make them the 25/30min workouts x

The music I use epidemic sounds 🥰 but I do have a Spotify playlist with my normal music I use in face to face classes. I don’t have an all standing class for this. I think that would be very hard to do full body xx

I just finished this as my first barre workout, but I feel like my form was absolutely wrong for most of these. Any tips?
