Yes and yes. The game has changed a lot. Steering is waaaaay better. Automatic gearbox is less forgiving (you can see that poor overrevving engine). Penalty system changed, now you get warnings instead of penalties for minor collisions. Classic edition is amazing, I cannot add anything to it.
