    What happens if you keep doing the same process to the same video for example? Like 10 times let’s say will it improve that many times or there’s a limit?

    • @VideoProcConverter
      @VideoProcConverter  7 місяців тому +2

      Currently, VideoProc Converter AI will upscale your video to 4K resolution. So the video can no longer be upscaled after it reaches 4K.

    When will the Mac version be out? I have versions for both my PC & MAC and only the Windows version says AI on it.

      Due to the difference in development architecture between the Mac and Windows versions of our products, their AI capabilities cannot be synchronized. Updates for the AI tools on the Mac version may experience a slight delay. Thank you for your understanding.

    Hello. Can I upscale and interpolate and stabilize video in one window, in one task, in your software? Like Topaz Video AI.

      I don’t think so

      Unfortunately, this is not currently feasible. Considering that the price of Topaz is 5-7 times higher than videoproc's, we kindly request your understanding and forgiveness for temporarily excluding this feature.

    After the update, it takes forever to change a setting such as "Type" or "Model Settings". How can I speed these up for Image restoration?

    • @VideoProcConverter
      @VideoProcConverter  2 місяці тому

      When we change a model, the software needs to load the model and perform inference, it takes some time.

    Super Resolution for my videos sadly dont really work on my Computer bc of the speed. Not sure whats the problem. Maybe its my Computer.(Acer Aspire 5 15)
    Processor: 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1355U 1.70 GHz.
    RAM: 32.0 GB (31.7 GB )
    64-Bit-system

    • @VideoProcConverter
      @VideoProcConverter  4 місяці тому

      Due to complex AI algorithms, Super Resolution takes longer than general video encoding.
      To make full use of your computer resources, please make sure your GPU driver is up-to-date and your graphic card is compatible with Vulkan 1.2.x or later.
      You can also contact our support team(support@videoproc.com) to see if some of your settings can be adjusted to improve processing speed.

  • @alanvallazza9781

    If you're like me and your video card is older and that's because your chipset won't work with a Vulcan video card you can do the best you can but it won't come out the way they're advertising. The program has a lot of other features I just didn't know that I had the wrong video card when I bought it. I can steal attempt to fix the pictures and videos but using the option to do it through the chipset. No video card qualifies to be used by this program.

    • @VideoProcConverter
      @VideoProcConverter  7 місяців тому

      To utilize GPU acceleration for AI processing, you need to keep the drivers updated with support for Vulkan (Vulkan ≥ 1.2.x) and OpenCL APIs (OpenCL ≥ 1.0).
      If your GPU is not qualified with GPU acceleration, you can still opt for CPU computation, Stabilization and Super Resolution function normally even without GPU computation, but the speed will be much lower than using GPU acceleration.

    • @VideoProcConverter
      @VideoProcConverter  7 місяців тому +1

      We apologize for falling short of your expectations. AI applications demand parallel processing of extensive data inputs and multiple calculations, resulting in higher system and hardware requirements compared to non-AI tools in VideoProc.
      Processing speed is influenced by various factors, including CPU, GPU, memory, hard drive writing speed, video file size, duration, target resolution, and more. Could you kindly provide us with details about your computer, file, and settings?

      We provide some information so that you can know in advance how long it will take you to render a video using AI technology.
      VideoProc boasts an impressive AI processing speed of 2 frames per second. For example, for a standard 2-hour video with a resolution of 720p and a frame rate of 30fps, the processing time would be approximately 30 hours (calculated using: (2x60 minutes x 60 seconds x30 fps)/ (2x60 minutes x60 seconds) = 30 hours).
      However, other factors such as computer performance may affect the processing speed and result in a longer processing time.
      Thank you for your understanding!

      We are currently actively working towards resolving this issue. However, it requires a significant amount of time and resources. Thank you in advance for your patience.
      The good news is that we will soon be upgrading the AI model of our product, making its upscaling effect even more realistic.
      Please stay tuned for updates.
