You're welcome.
I know this isn't a forum but maybe someone can help me nevertheless. Hello, trying out Video Proc on an old 4:3 holiday video. I choose mp4 but only because Target Format doesn't seem to work. I select Target Format but the 'Done' option isn't available no matter what option I choose whether it's General Profiles, General Web Video, General Video, DVD Video, HD Video or TV Video. I'm not sure what the differences are anyway. Also, the 'Done' option doesn't work when I choose Toolbox and select Denoise.
I then have to click on 'Cancel' to get back to where I was.
When I click on Codec Option (gear symbol) I choose 1280x720 and change the Aspect Ratio to 16:9, keep the frame rate to original (25 fps) and then click on Done and then Run.
Once the process is complete I take a look but there is no difference to the original whatsoever.
Why?
Where am I going wrong?
I am not sure. It seems like you have the steps down. You can try their free help and support page, found here:
