      I'm currently doing an upscale now on an i9 computer with all SSDs and 32 gig of RAM. I'd like a setting to reduce processing priority which will take longer for the conversion but also keep my machine cooler. Right now it's been about 5 minutes and 13% done so time isn't that important to me. Thank you.

    Hello. Since you guys don't seem to have a dischord or somewhere I can ask, perhaps someone can answer here. When I upscale a 4 second video I end up with a 3 second video. Am I doing something wrong? What's going on?

    Hi help ,video is taking way too long to export how to fix it ? 😢

    • @VideoProcConverter
      @VideoProcConverter  3 місяці тому +1

      We apologize for any inconvenience. Please understand that AI-based upscaling typically takes longer than non-AI methods, but VideoProc delivers superior results by enhancing details. To improve speed, you might consider using the 'Fast Mode' in Super Resolution, which accelerates video upscaling. Additionally, updating your drivers to the latest version may enhance performance. We are continuously working to update VideoProc to better balance speed and quality. Thank you for your understanding.

    Hello! This seems amazing. I have an entire 720P movie collection that I will want to watch - once my 4K monitor arrives!
    Please tell me this. Once the program finished it's upscaling magic and just as you were about to Export the enhanced file, you showed us a "quality" slider. I don't get this. Why would you need to make any further adjustments? What does this quality slider add or improve upon?
    Thank you

    • @VideoProcConverter
      @VideoProcConverter  3 місяці тому

      The "quality" slider is for images, it just likes the Quality Level for videos. You can choose High, Medium, or Low for the output video quality based on your needs of speed and quality. The higher the quality is, the slower the processing speed and the bigger the output file.

    • @KingdomUploader
      @KingdomUploader 3 місяці тому

      @@VideoProcConverter Glad I know now. Thank you so much.
      Say, on your final remark, are you saying that if i do the fast speedy processing option - my output file will be much smaller in size? As example, if i converted a 1gb 720P video in the slower higher quality mode, how large would that 1gb file now be? Thanks again for helping me out over here!

    • @VideoProcConverter
      @VideoProcConverter  3 місяці тому

      @@KingdomUploader Using Fast Mode will not influence the output video size. The size of the output file can vary significantly based on the original video's resolution, codec, bitrate and the specific settings you intend to use for the output video. So we can't estimate the output video size for you. If you want to know more about the product, you can contact our support team(support@videoproc.com) for a more timely response.

    Once a file is enhanced to the highest degree and exported, will the outputted file size be smaller or a larger - and can you keep your original file type, like MP4? Thanks again!

    • @VideoProcConverter
      @VideoProcConverter  3 місяці тому +1

      In most cases, enhancing a file to the highest degree will result in a larger file size. The output file format for enhancing videos is MP4 with H.264 or HEVC codec.

    How long does it take to upscale a 2-hour HD or FHD video to 4K 60 FPS with CPU configuration AMD ryzen 3700x 8 core 16 threads and VGA RTX 4070 ti super 16gb?

    • @VideoProcConverter

      The processing time depends on several factors, including the resolution of the original video, the desired quality settings, and the hardware specifications of your system, and AI video upscaling takes far more time than regular video editing. Given your hardware configuration, upscaling a 2-hour HD or FHD video to 4K 60 FPS could potentially take several hours, possibly ranging from 3 to 6 hours or more.
