  • Hi Everyone!
    If you've been following my journey then you would have seen that I've relocated to Tel Aviv and working on some exciting projects, including setting up my new kitchen to shoot more UA-cam videos!
    In this tutorial, I'm trying out a brand new technique in order to create a marbled buttercream effect. This is the first time I'm trying this technique so let me know what you think of the outcome! If there are any other tutorials or techniques that you would like to see then leave a comment :)
    Stay tuned for more tutorials on the way!
    Enjoy!

    You can put granulated sugar into the blender. You won't necessarily get confectioners sugar but its more fine than traditional granulated. Love your tutorials!!

    Is the texture of the buttercream affected when it thaws? I live in Nigeria, our temperature is quite warm

    • @sharmindinahrahman3621
      @sharmindinahrahman3621 4 роки тому +2

      So I looked at the temperature in Nigeria, and I’m aware it’s quite warm (30ish degrees?) and with buttercream it’s best at 20ish degrees. So you generally want to work with it while it’s on the colder side. When it’s warm you might find yourself applying the cream and it starts to melt, if this happens just pop it into the fridge to harden. I actually use my deep freezer.

    • @sharmindinahrahman3621
      @sharmindinahrahman3621 4 роки тому +1

      Oh and also. Buttercream can go HARD hard so you want to let it come to room temperature (or a little bit warm if room temperature is too warm) so you can work with it again
