Fascinating approach to healing. After 3 years am still finding more ways to learn from the trauma of my “best friend” husband, after 24 years of fun together, simply walking out of my life and disappearing.
I came to the realization that I had been the one to leave him, since I’ve boarded the riverboat and traveled to another port leaving him in my past, forever unchanged.
Now I’m more curious about my next adventure than wondering “why, O why” about his choice.

Curiosity, from the Anglo-Norman, curiosite, and therapy from the Greek, therapeutikós, “attentive, helpful, obliging, curative”... I point you to the latter, curative, what a curiously wonderful word :)
