  • One of the most easily recognizable elements in reggae music is rhythm played on the off beats and staccato chords, which is an abrupt stop in sound creating space between the notes.

    Good job by a good teacher. Unfortunately, that is one of the most exploited sounds in music today.

      I made a compliment about the teacher, and I added a comment in light of the overuse of ukulele in commercial music over the past several years. Unfortunately some decent musical ideas are used in the general marketplace ad nauseum. Just clarifying my previous comment which has triggered wacko internet trolling.
