Not that this isn't smart playing, has alot of nuances and thought in it, but it is also emotional en not affraid to put a little bit of shock in it, wich beethoven defintely had with this first sonata. bewunderswertes, energiereiches Spiel. Ich bewundere Igor Levit sehr. Ein würdiger Nachfolger von Glen Gould.
Auf den Gedanken muss man erst einmal kommen. Immerhin war Gould nicht so geschwätzig und öffentlichkeitssüchtig.
