Oooh! A 3D printer! Also, I'm enlightened by the different tools for different times in life idea - I at times have felt the desire for one answer for all time.
Jacob I wish there were one answer for all times, but I can never find one. By removing myself from that sense of permanence, especially in something as vital as organization, I can comfortably adapt to new and unexpected situations. Also, the 3D printer is new for me. I talked about it in my last video, and I'm very excited to use it as a new tool in my work.
Glad to hear I'm not the only one that struggles with organization skills (being too organized) and using multiple things to stay organized haha. I am similar to you: I use Google tasks for short/easy lists for things like cleaning/chores, shopping lists, and school assignment due dates (all with reminders) because it syncs with my phone which is awesome. I use a physical calendar of my daily "what I need to do today" things because the physical checking of a box is satisfying and it allows me to have a paper thing I can leave on my desk as I do work to check. This doesn't always work because I am having to check off the thing in 2 places potentially so I'm working on that. Organizing my school notes is a bit harder bc I haven't used OneNote which everyone is telling me to use. I go semi-old school and have a million folders on my computer. It works for me though so I probably won't change that. My creative side is done mostly through Google Docs. I haven't given it enough focus to really find an organizational thing so I will get back to you on that haha. Great job! can't wait to see more :)
Stacy Hata The reminders are super useful, I use them regularly too! Yes, that's the strength of paper, it never gets replaced with another screen or something, it's simply always there and always ready to be interacted with. That's the whole reason I went back to journaling with a bullet journal. But it can be frustrating having redundant lists.
Santiago Fernandez That's nice! With a mentality that someone else may use it as reference it would probably help you explain clearly and write neatly. I for one am guilty of writing very short phrases with messy handwriting.

Awesome video. I like your way of organization. I use OneNote to take my notes for school and organize it in a way that anyone can learn from it.
