Monogram came out with a Viper kit back in the day. I could never afford one but used to spend hours just looking at the photo in the catalog. @@projectcolonialviper2094
Dude this is Awesome! it is coming together. Looking forward to seeing it when you are done! have been watching your channel for a while and I always look forward to updates! :D
Metal work, landing gears, and cockpit lighting updates aside... when will the Qty 1 Voram VM2-D15 and Qt 2 Voram VM3-D22 turbo-thrust engines be installed? Can't wait!!
Mate, I'll leave the droids to someone else. Cars and aerospace are my main interests - I have a 72 AMC Javelin that I'm hoping to start restoring soon...
@@projectcolonialviper2094 Friend of mine has the big AMC engine, forget the cubic inches at the moment, for a Javelin along with 2 sets of the good heads and a bunch of other Javelin goodies in his garage. He was looking at buying a 72 and somehow he got all the extra parts delivered before he bought the car and nobody came back to get the stuff. Wish he had bought it. A black Javelin with a good 70's style flame paint job on the nose sporting side pipes is a glorious thing to see. Guy in our neighborhood had his done up like that.
@@sadwingsraging3044 that would have been the 401 engine - nice! Mine is a 360 car in dark metallic green paint with green corduroy interior - a perfect tribute to the 70's muscle car era!
Man can't wait to see her launch!
Launching virtually on a screen real soon!
@@projectcolonialviper2094 Yesh!
Spectacular effort. You should be getting many more views and kudos from fans. Keep up the good work across the ditch there.
Thanks mate - appreciate your feedback!
Cool man! Some metal working skill in that.
Bloody funny to park it at an airshow. Kids would love a photo in the seat.🔥
Exactly mate! I remember how inspired I was when I saw aircraft at airshows as a kid - one of the main reasons I took on this build.

Gotta admit, seeing this project come together is taking me back to my childhood. Pretty much every school art project I did had a Viper in it.
You and me both! One of the great all time starfighter designs - beautiful from any angle!
This awesome thing is about full size intit?
Yes, based on the size of the original full size filming mockup
Stunning piece of work. I'm only sad that this will never soar across the black, defending the Galactica, as it was meant to.
Great work my friend. The music is suicidal but hey. So say we all. Thanks or the update. You are an inspiration.
Cheers mate!
Fantastic work :)
Thanks a lot!
