I have this on DVD and I have watched this many times before. But it never gets old and I couldn't resist watching again. I just wish documentaries like this were still made.
The Hickok and Buffalo Bill Cody bios both came from The Real West, hosted by Kenny Rogers. Both were appended to the latter-day Biography package, but neither included any narration by Jack Perkins.
Love how they leave out so many details about Bill getting on the train and heading west. Agnes made him leave because he was sleeping with her daughter Emma! He was a total pervert.
@@leviathanman7253I heard it mentioned on the UA-cam channel Wild West Extravaganza. A great channel btw, but he did mention that it was one of many stories that may or may not be true and gives the information for the viewer/listener to decide.
I tried to watch this…twice. However, this channel has set up the most ridiculous amount of commercials I’ve ever encountered on a UA-cam channel! It’s literally unwatchable! How people can sit through this over abundance of ads is beyond me. There’s no way to keep track of the program.
90s stuff is still cool theatre. It may not be the whole truth, but at least they use real humans; so called narration today is a hot mess of computer generated mispronunciation.
I remember watching these as a kid, laying on the couch drifting in and out of sleep
It is sweet to see Kenny Rogers in his younger days, as host and narrator.

The men who built America, mountain men, great recent series if you hadn’t seen
Agreed!!!! I wish the History Channel was STILL the History Channel.
The American West and Into the Wild Frontier are some good recent series, also
I love these biographies keep them coming !!!
Doc on 3 Wild West Outlaws hosted by the Gambler himself…sign me up!!!
It was great
I don't understand why Wild Bill was included in this series of "3 Wild West Outlaws." Wild Bill was never an outlaw.

Exactly. A misfortunate mistake. He was really a talent.

Where did you get this information from. I couldn’t find it anywhere. I’ve looked at 4 different websites and there is no mention of this
