Good & simple instructions. Great presentation.
*TIP:* Keep all sheets covered, except the one you're working with at the moment.
A damp cloth prevents the sheets from drying. Keeps them moist & workable.

This actually makes it look harder than it is, and some of the advice here is highly dependant on the size of the sheet, when in fact you can make them with sheets of (almost) any size. The first two folds (i.e., make an equilateral triangle, and then keep parallel to the edge) are the only thing you need to worry about. After that, it practically makes itself.

wish i hd found your tuts before attemting a second go at making samosa by which both went disastrously.... bc i used only water to glue the sheets... my folding was another diaaster on its own... i used the whole 6x6" square
