1. It tells in Extension stage either DNA copies are making in PCR or not means PCR is running or not with the help of a probe (fluorescence, light emit )
2. It quantifies. Kitna DNA bhan rha hai

Starting mai jo DNA content liya tha wo more tha and in less no. of cycles, we are getting more DNA content and rapid getting fluorescent
But blue lines represents starting mai hi DNA content kaam tha, so says it requires more no. Of cycles to complete it cuz itna content panay k liya aur utna fluorescent panay k liya
