Hi Hans, Merry Christmas. I believe the Roman coin fragment shown at 9:10 to be an Antoninus Pius Denarius. Obverse: ANTONINVS AVG PIVS P P TR P XII, laureate head right. Reverse: COS IIII, Salus standing facing, head left, holding patera & rudder on globe, feeding a serpent entwined around altar. RSC 281. RIC 181.
I was researching it also, and that is exactly what I thought as well, not siliqua but a denarius, likely Pius based on the visible legends. Excellent work!

I love the opening scenes of hoar frost. Through the years I was stationed in Germany, and wandering along the farmer's roads, this frost always made me feel like I was in a special enchanted place.

Yes, the plough is both a blessing and a curse with what it does to finds, though I've also found a cut half - a denarius of Caracalla, in perfect condition and one of my favourite finds. I love your finds, and I also like the fact that you show the field in which you're detecting rather than just the ground. May I suggest that you carry a spray bottle of water and a fine bristle tooth brush to clean off the dirt of your treasures.
