@atomicmellon here, thanks for the shout out! #vdubrun21 has been a great motivator for me and so many others. I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of it and for the flexibility it allows for folks to set their own goals. I think that is what is going to make it a successful campaign in the end and a rewarding one for so many of us. I'm looking forward to see all that is to come in the home stretch!
Thanks Adam, I'm glad you're enjoying being a part of this, it's great to have you with us. It's inspiring to see each individual's version of #VDubRun21 and what success will look like for them. And you make a great point, we are definitely entering the home stretch and it's getting exciting. Thanks again for being a part of it all!
Sorry we missed this live. Kitten and I are looking forward to seeing you again soon. Thanks for joining us at the crawl it was really nice to sit and get to know you better.
too bad I missed the wrap party! haha. thanks for the shoutout. a couple things - I would really be interested to see how you align your front end, as I'll have to do the same thing at some point. also - I appreciate your sentiments about the #VDubRun21 being about connection and community. it has been a nice experience to have people interested and invested in the things your working on and cheering you on from far away. and last - I think a mobile live stream is such a great idea. swing the pendulum the other way and allot more time for garage vs. video editing! it's too easy for that balance to become, well, unbalanced! haha
No worries Annie, it was great to have you with us during the premiere! I'll be sure to include whatever solution there is for the alignment. I'm a novice but would like to try the "two sticks" method. Thanks for sharing your thoughts about #VDubRun21; it's amazing how cool the people in this hobby are and all the great projects people are into. Feels good to be a part of it all when someone shares their progress. Thanks for the thumbs up on the mobile livestream; you totally "get it" about how a creative project can take some of the oxygen out of the room... in the best of ways of course. This will be a fun experiment. Thanks as always for the support and keep up the good work on your engine project!
Thank you for the shoutout! I have been busy with activities other than my bug but I plan on getting back in the garage soon and hopefully remembering to hit the record button
Hey Robert! We did this immediately following the video premiere. Don't worry, we'll be doing more of these and look forward to seeing you in the next one!
Cool! I'll be trying a mobile Livestream from the garage in the second half of next week. Could be a train wreck, could be kinda cool, could be both. See ya soon!
fantastic videos
Thanks Mechanic 4 all, glad to have you with us!
