This was so blooming amazing. We're planning to take that same train this December and your video has elevated our expectations to a surreal level. Truly, what stunning scenery and deluxe service! Thoroughly impressed, my friend! By the way, it was contagious to watch you guys having so much fun. Cannot wait to go! 🤩🤩
I live in Cusco and the train trip is the best experience, although we travel on a local train, many schools take students to see Machu Picchu as an excursion, the views, the landscapes, the train trip is a great experience to Machu Picchu. I think I enjoyed the train ride more than Machu Picchu lol
Thank you, we hopped in a van in Cusco and went up the valley to hop on the train...it was all a one day trip. I don't see the same options I did when I booked it.
Great video! I would love to take the Harim Bingham. Does the train ride come with guide and tickets into Machu Picchu or does that need to be bought separately?
Thank you! It comes with everything. A private bus to the gate, entrance and a guide in English or Spanish. Afterwards the tea hour in the hotel by the gate is amazing too. I recommend doing the round trip.
I do think that bus ride and being able to stop and see the local area instead of the train just wizzing by was nice, but you have to tell us what the man spritzed onto the glass before he served the drink. At $1000.00 per person, how full is the train?
We maybe had 15 people on the train. I think because of the pandemic they had fewer people. It was not crowded at all, plenty of space. We are pretty sure it was lavender spray.
I would say the ride up for sure. It was dusk when we started the journey back down so it was dark for most of the trip back. If you can close your eyes and spend the extra money, we are glad that we spent the extra for the round trip because we didn’t have to worry about anything from transportation up to Machu Picchu to the guide inside and no waiting for our ride back to the train.

"Any time you're greated with a drink is a good day!" Couldn't agree more! ❤

Great video! I just became your 700th subscriber and I’m shocked you don’t have thousands!
Thank you for subscribing! I just started making videos for the platform and I hope more people can find it like you did!
Beautiful train and scenery.
Yes, it was an incredible journey!

Oh! I have the same sweater your young friend is wearing…..funny, it doesn’t quite look the same on me 😆
Haha, we bought it in Cusco. Soft alpaca
@@JonathanPetramala well mine is alpaca as well, and it STILL doesn’t look the same on me 😭😭😭
0:09 What’s this hat called big fella? Where’d you acquire it? @jonathan
It’s a wool sombrero on sale anywhere in Cusco
Thank you so much for the fabulous tour!
Hope you can make it some day :)
My mum and I are doing this next year...mum's going to get a real surprise
It is incredible. You all will enjoy it
I hope to get to Machu Picchu soon but in the low cost way, your video was amazing, greetings from Bolivia, South America
Thank you! I really feel lucky we were able to make this trip. One of my favorite. Enjoy your journey! I hope to make it to Bolivia as well soon!

Hi Jonathan, wonderful video, you convinced me to do this! Did you board at the Ollantaytambo station?
Yes I did, since it was the rainy season, they avoid known trouble spots for debris flow through the tracks
We are booking this week for May! Thanks @@JonathanPetramala!
@@MaryMcCulleyseadreams you will love it! Worth every penny!
Amazing video.
Thank you for watching!
Wow this looks incredible. Which circuit/route did they take you for Machu pichu?

Beautiful video, where do you do the reservations for this train? Can you link their website?
Thank you!

The experience of the journey is for a lifetime. And for all the amenities which was included, the price seems fair enough.
Totally agree. Few things in life you feel like you got your moneys worth, this was one of them.

What does the train includes?
All food, drinks, snacks and entertainment. It's just basically a comfortable all inclusive restaurant on wheels to Machu Picchu.
Really liked the video. On a budget here, if you had to choose … which way is the trip more beautiful ? ( to Machu Pichu or return )

@@JonathanPetramala one way trip also includes entrance ticket with guide and tea time plus bus rides -no need to do round trip if on a budget!

Yes, all inclusive food and drinks, including transportation from Cusco
