    Dude you're the man. I live in Central City and I bought a XT250 a year ago and I've been following you religiously. TY so much for the videos. I'm now getting a TW200 soon because of you. I will vouch.

    Your commentary is so humorous when while riding! Your riding area has so much to offer, not just the singletracks. If you like riding on the rocks there's a little place just west of you which has great rock riding. Puts a smile on your face for days. I can't wait for you to ride out in Moab! Again another great video! :)

      thanks :) I love riding out here, I feel like I could spend all my life exploring colorado. that sounds cool! where is that at? Moab is definitely on the list haha thanks for watching!

    Not sure if anyone has already gave you the idea but, you can turn the bike around in one spot on it's kickstand.

    Ok cool. Thanks for the quick respond. I appreciate it. You're lucky to ride in such scenery. Be thankful! Btw your videos are great especially the instructional ones. Keep it up! You're one of the best TW channel I've seen so far

      no problem! I always try and respond to all comments once a day, that's for sure, I feel very blessed to live here hopefully I never have to move. I got some more instructional ones coming up soon, the next one is on an aftermarket skid plate! thanks so much!

    Your description of difficulty and fun makes perfect sense. If its *too* hard, it just isn't much fun. Singletrack is definitely way more mentally taxing than ATV trails or fire roads. You can't afford to lose focus for a second! There's a stretch of 770 that goes between Noddle (677) and trail 650 called "Turtle Mountain" that is 15 miles long. By the time I got to the end of that, I was totally exhausted, even though there were really only maybe 3 hard obstacles on the entire trail. Great stuff man, loving it!

    • @TDubsKid
      @TDubsKid  7 років тому

      haha yeah that's for sure, although the hard stuff makes you learn. yeah definitely gotta look where you want to go or you end up off the trail like mee. yeah it will wear ya out for sure, can't wait to ride some more this summer, did they close off rampart yet is it December or January? thanks for watching!

      If it’s to hard it isn’t much fun... huh. I must be riding for the wrong reasons.. the harder the better. The more technical, the better. The more I cant breathe the better. I thought it was taxing but not hard. Some sweet trail for sure!

      haha Im glad you liked that part, good to know. it's ok man don't ever feel obligated to watch my videos, I really don't have time to watch a lot of videos, I wish I did but it's hard to do when I work full time and trying to make a video every week. I try to watch peoples videos here and there when I can. thanks a lot for the comment! really appreciate it!

    glad you posted this vid. Ive been looking at this 770 trail for a long time and I am a bit worried about doing this trail. would you say its hard? I know single track is more tiring and require more concentration than ATV tracks, so I am guessing that is why they labeled it black? the difficulty rating is getting to me hahaha

    • @TDubsKid
      @TDubsKid  5 років тому

      yeah it's an awesome trail, haven't ridden it in a long time but from what I can remember it's not too hard. some of the single tracks around here can get a bit gnarly though, yeah it's mainly bumping a tree with your handle bars and or going off the track can really suck. you just gotta do it! it helps if you have someone riding with you too

    Who says you need a $10,000 KTM to ride single track. Looked like a fun trail. It is great they are putting in marked single track. I have been helping a club up north near Flagstaff and it seems like a lot of work to get the Forest Service to allow it.

    • @TDubsKid
      @TDubsKid  7 років тому +1

      haha that's for sure. yeah hopefully they put in some more eventually, nice hopefully it works out for you guys. I think they gave us single track because so many people were making illegal trails here

    Hey man I was thinking about getting a tw and also live in co. I was wondering how it runs at elevation and if you did anything for the jetting? Thanks for any help. Your videos are helpful and awesome!

    • @TDubsKid
      @TDubsKid  6 років тому

      hey awesome, it's a great bike for colorado. and it runs pretty good at elevation, just looses power and starts to hesitate once in a while when you give it quick throttle at 10,000 feet but still very ridable. havn't touched the jetting cause these bikes are a little lean from the factory so it works out perfectly for higher altitude and putting the dg exhuast on helped the tuning at higher elevation. the tuning will never be perfect since it's carborated and the altitude changes so drastically while riding but I feel like it's exactly where I want it and the spark plug looks good

    • @aarongilbert6863
      @aarongilbert6863 6 років тому

      Sweet that’s all I needed to hear. I didn’t want one for flying through trails I like to enjoy the scenery. You helped confirm my decision, thanks for your help.

    • @TDubsKid
      @TDubsKid  6 років тому

      oh very cool! I'm not sure if it has a name, just a number 770, and there are multiple sections of it when your ride all of them it's like 60 miles haha, thanks

    hey man, what type of bitrate setting do you use?

    • @TDubsKid
      @TDubsKid  7 років тому

      im not sure, it's what ever the gopro hero 4 black uses on 1080p super veiew at 30fps, then export the edited video to match the original bitrate, just sucks youtube compresses the video a lot

    You're the reason I haven't gotten a slip on exhaust or any upgrade to my 2013 TW. Lol I'm afraid to mess with anything I like things stock the way they are. Any reason you haven't touched yours?

    • @TDubsKid
      @TDubsKid  7 років тому

      oh gotcha, the reason I havn't got one is because people have said that they don't make much of a difference, they say it takes a little bit of low end torque and gives you a little bit of high end power, can't say from experience though, plus I like to stay stealthy for some of the stuff I do. the slip ones sound really cool though, If I dent up my stock one too much more I may have to get one and re jet haha

      @@TDubsKid lucky. I am in South West Florida. No dirt bike trails until Central Florida. Great mountain biking trails though. It's flat down here so we have to build something that goes up so we can go back down lol.
      Any suggestions on a good part of Colorado to live on? I hope to relocate there on the next 5 years or less. Colorado springs looks nice. So does Denver.
