I don't know where y'all live but you can check with city hall or the tax office to see if it's illegal to dumpster dive or not in Most states it is not illegal to dumpster dive they cannot say you're trespassing they cannot say that it's there because it's been thrown away it's not considered personal property if you throw it away that's exactly why detective can pick up anything that you chunk out of a car if they suspect you did something illegal whether it's the coffee cup for a tissue a cigarette but once you throw it away it's it's nobody's
