I loved the video. I’m in Atlanta. Can I ask how much pressure were you using on this lvp floor? I have the same spinner tool and I have been afraid to damage the seams.
It vinyl so you can get it wet. Vinyl only get effected by heat. Sometimes you get warping around sliders due the sun. Vinyl cannot swell like hardwood or laminate
You don't have to have that machine to do that! It can be done with a solution called " squeaky neutral floor" cleaner and a 175 buffer with a cotton pad.
We use squeaky too but it won’t do that kind of a job. It’s PH neutral and in order to remove grease and heavy soil you need higher ph. We have have been doing this for 20 years and trained a lot of cleaners…😉
These are truck mounts for carpet, tiles, floors cleanings! They are very powerful machines and you cant rent these. I would google " vinyl cleaning" in my area and find a company that does that. Google their business name for reviews and go with the one that has the best ones.
Wow amazing work! What’s the name of the machine that you’ve used? I’ve been looking for something similar to this to clean our lvp floor and I’m so glad I found this. Thank you so much.
Unfortunately you can not rent these machines. They are truck mounted and complicated and ca cause damage if you don’t know how to run them. It’s probably better if you leave it to a pro in your area

Yes, just make sure it’s not glued down as some commercial vinyl is. The alkaline cleaners may dissolve the glue. Also keep heat low so the vinyl doesn’t warp. I have seen jobs after other cleaners where they did ruin the vinyl floor.
@@ochousebeautiful5333 thank you so much. No heat will be involved and how do you know if they used glue or not ? Ask owner ? Incase they don’t know how do we find out ?
I residential there is usually no glue involved. It’s usually commercial vinyl tiles that are glued. You can usually see black glue residue in between the tiles
Hi, its a mixture of different products to achieve the best results. Peroxide, citrus based and high alkaline. The machine is truck mounted commercial type, you cannot rent it or really buy it as it is $30k
It’s better to use a vacuum based machine like truck mounts that we use or walk behind machines that can vacuum everything up. Floor machines are designed for stone polishing and floor stripping. Not really deep cleaning
No there was no need! We hardly use our CRBs anymore. With the right product and setting there is no need on surfaces. Carpets with heavy soil is something else…😉
We get this all the time. Installers aren’t cleaners nor restorers. They absolutely have no knowledge of post cleanings. You can clean it anyway you like it. I’m sure it says it’s waterproof too right? You can basically nuke it and nothing will happen to it. The only thing that vinyl is sensitive to is heat. It may wrap around windows where the sun hits it or any heat exposure, also bad installation with not enough room for joint expansion. I had a client with water damage sitting on vinyl floor for two weeks with no issues. Baseboards were all swelling but vinyl was all fine.
@@ochousebeautiful5333 Yes. We paid for luxury vinyl planks. I’m sorry. I don’t mean to argue. Just new with these floors and wondering why I can’t just pour Lysol on them to mop. I was told it would get in the seams and cause them to bough up
Perfect🎉...o que você usou amigo para clarear o vinilico? Obrigado
I loved the video. I’m in Atlanta. Can I ask how much pressure were you using on this lvp floor? I have the same spinner tool and I have been afraid to damage the seams.
Hi, around 600-800 psi. You don’t need a lot. Good solution and go slow to allow the spinner to pick it up.
Did you just strip the finish off and not apply a new finish ?
No! It’s just dirt and there is no finish on vinyl floors.
Risky business but amazing results! can you share what psi and what temperature are you using on this type of floors?
It was around 800psi and around 180. Vinyl is pretty safe to clean as its water proof
@@ochousebeautiful5333 🙏
What was the solution you used as far as the cleaning agent?
I am concern if floor getting too wet pinpoint/ blistering happens

Beautiful work. Does that machine use steam?
No it uses hot water and pressure
We have the same exact floors in Houston. What is this machine called? How do I find the right vendor for this?

Turbo Force Hybrid Tile & Grout Cleaning Tool, 12 Inc
Where can I buy one of those spinning cleaning tools?
Here
www.magicwandcompany.com/product/turbo-hybrid-15-inch-with-brush/
What cleaning product was used?
Oxyblaster by Magic wand
Wait!! This will damage the original floor colors !!! Tell us more details plz
It’s Vinyl so you can’t damage it.
What'd you mix in your sprayer? And how long did it dwell?
Oxyblaster by Magic Wand and about 5 minutes
What kind of scrubber is that
What PSI was the water on???
Around 800 and low heat
Same process is used on LVP or LVT Luxury Vinyl Planks and Luxury Vinyl Tile?
Yes, just make sure it’s not glued down as some commercial vinyl is. The alkaline cleaners may dissolve the glue. Also keep heat low so the vinyl doesn’t warp. I have seen jobs after other cleaners where they did ruin the vinyl floor.

Hi, its a mixture of different products to achieve the best results. Peroxide, citrus based and high alkaline. The machine is truck mounted commercial type, you cannot rent it or really buy it as it is $30k
It’s a hard surface floor cleaning tool. Like a hydroforce sx10, sx12x, $900. Need a truck mount or portable extractor. Steam/hot water same thing.
Doesn’t the water pressure ruin the floors?
Agent a paint oil grease cleaning agent. My guess and probably at 5 to 600 psi. Am I correct?
No sorry no POG at all! There is no need to use POG on Vinyl. Pressure was 800. We used our own cocktail with higher PH
Can we use these on LVP?
Yes, just keep the heat down
Cool! So the one you are cleaning in this video is different from LVP? Also do you have service in Bentonville area?
Another doubt is , By looking in the video, it feels like the actual texture of this floor is removed from this scrubbing.. Is that expected ?
@@venmathisivasankaran6721no its actually lvp
@@venmathisivasankaran6721no texture is being removed. This is not sanding just cleaning. The only thing that is being removed is the dirt and grease.
I want one of those machines
Right?! They work so well

@@ochousebeautiful5333 thanks for your expertise
As nice as the cupboards look, I don’t believe renters made those floors that way
Actually they did unfortunately from cooking greasy foods. We went in after the house cleaners and they washed all the cabinets…
What pressure are you running the spinner at?
Around 800 on vinyl or more if needed. Always test for best results
@@ochousebeautiful5333 thank you. I was worried about too much moisture damaging the flooring.
No worries there. The Vinyl floor cannot swell up. You can basically nuke it and nothing will happen to it.

@@ochousebeautiful5333 you’re right. great job btw!
Thank you! Really appreciate it
Is it work for texture laminate floor? What kind of spray and pad the best to use for texture leminate floor?
Vacuum your floors well before using proper floor cleaner and a damp microfiber mop and floors wont get that mucky!! 😂
True! Maintenance is important with proper mopping
Did these people just never wash their floors?
This was a rental so the tenants didn't really take care of it
You cannot put that much cleaner on a vinyl plank floor!
I guess you are the expert…🙂
