    Your videos are always super helpful, and im a bit anxious at times from a good chunk of years in the military my body has taken a bit of a beating, and im missing now a little bit of my rib, so its good to stretch those reconnected muscles, i appreciate the time you take to make these videos to help people, thank you

    Could you speak more on the benefits of the squat, and also hanging from the pull up bar? (I’ve been following this specific video consistently for several weeks now and I can feel my whole body opening up like never before. It’s amazing!)

    Hi Flo! I like your sequences, but it’s not always comfortable to repeat the video rather than to have a compact yoga app with pictures and timings (voiceover optional), to feel comfortable repeating a program over 100 times. Can I have an app on my iPhone where I can just have all your sequences and key postures including transitions?

    hello mr flo i have been watching your videos for quite some time now. i herniated one of my lower back discs and all these forward folds just make it worse. any suggestion please help me

      How did that happen? You already answered it for yourself: less deep forward folds. We suggest seeing a structural integration therapist as the cause is likely a structural imbalance that is caused by years and decades of specific input to your body.
