I am almost 73 and I love many of your videos, Flo! I change the playback speed to slow it down to .75 and they are just perfect for me! This one is my new favorite for the morning… I thank you for all of them that I have loved and play repeatedly! It felt good to do those waving stretches with the arms back and forth. the 90-90 knee lifting exercise was new for me and the last few seconds challenging (appropriately so) but was nice to hear they were so for you too ;-) Your thank-you in the end, to us, for practicing with you, feels genuine and authentic, indicating for me the deeper effect yoga has on you (and, as a teacher for over 30 years myself, i appreciate this attitude).
