@@2strokeFOReverget yourself a 2019+ grizzly and slap some Elka stage 3-5s on it. Most smooth riding quad out there that balances power and weight. Haven't met a quad that can keep up with me in the trails in the Midwest😉. I loved my YFZ, but after having the much better ride and 4x4, I can go way faster on the trails then I ever could with the YFZ.
If yamaha would put the raptor trans with gears and a clutch instead of CVT I'd be all about it for sure. I've ridden some scramblers and they're a blast but I just want my dang gears hahaha
OMG! This dude is my spirit animal! Even has Cannibals! Very impressive collection with different flavors.. Thanks for keeping sportquads alive!!!! 💨💨💨🤘💯
That was a great segment! I'd love to see more of this kind of stuff. These manufacturers really need to get on board. I think they're really missing the boat. Look how well Yamaha does selling the Raptor and YFZ.
It seems like the manufacturers just went all in on the SxS market and I really can’t understand why. There would be a demand for new sport quads if they gave it a chance
@@bobsacamano3617 You can't understand why? I'll help you out. A YFZ will hold.... you. A YXZ will hold you, your gf, your dog, your kids, your cooler, your music, your guns, your chairs, your ez-up, your camping equipment, etc. Most people are willing to spend the extra cash to get a more extensive toy, especially if they didn't grow up riding. Much easier to hop into an offroad car that most likely has an automatic transmission than bother trying to learn how to ride a bike/quad and deal with a clutch and managing turns and actually learning how to ride.
It’s interesting to see so many Cannondales in his collection that still get ridden. Did he talk about the difficulty finding parts for them? That would be a major concern for me.
Cool to see some 2-stroke quads on dirt trax. I've been getting into dirtbikes more the last few years, partly because I can still buy new 2 stroke bikes.
Yamaha still makes sport quads. Nice to see Honda 400EX or 250R make a comeback. Or any other manufacturer for that matter. Great collection of sport quads.
i was in a motorcycle accident leaving me paralyzed. I was on a 1997 900 ninja. been riding a month before my accident. then next thing i got was a Polaris outlaw 500. i had to get a button that used a solenoid to shift the gears. it got stolen but at least I had it a couple years before then and it was an awesome ride! After that it was a polaris rzr 900 i cant remember what year it was had that a few years then i traded up to a 2016 rzr 1000 xp and i still have that but its been a year since i have driven it due to health issues but i can wait to get back out ridding!
Sport quads are the best for fun… Love sport quads. I also like the utility atvs too. Recently rode a 125 honda fourtrax 1986. Somehow, the engine size didn’t matter, I had fun on it. Capable to go 40 mph. But, no suspension. Not sure if that was a sport quad. Made them different back then.
In need of some help ladies and gents, I am a original owner of a cannibal, has sat for the last 10 years or so. Got it out and fired it up. The stator is no longer doing the thing and I can't find a replacement nor can I find a place to rebuild the stator. Does anyone know of any places. Would hate to have to part it out.
I wish new sport quads would make a comeback
I'd love a sport 4x4 with a manual clutch

Good ol' days quads,... long before everything became electric or transgender,..... and when mass-medicine didn't always kill you slowly😮
