You. Could make yummy applesauce with your apples….my mother did that every Apple season….with all of the apples. Your older kids can find the really rotten ones and toss them. I want to come and make applesauce with you!

You just need to be who you are. Don't worry about what others think. Say you guys. If you want. If they have a problem. Let them find another channel. I say, you guys. It includes everyone. Most people can't control their own lives. So they try to control others. Blessings. Be yourself

Here in the South, we just say ya'll. It's all included. Love the way the family works together. My neighbor has goats. We recycle everything that they will eat. Thanks for sharing. 😊

I miss shucking corn, snapping beans, helping Grandma churn, esp her biscuits and gravy, and so many other childhood memories. What a wonderfull life you're giving the kids.
Hanging out laundry is a lot of work but nothing smells better than fabric dried in the fresh air and sunshine.

So very impressive you are Janice! Like a really well-run, highly functional piece of machinery or production line. Not to minimize the loving family that demonstrates the above observation. What is so obvious to me are the talents of those at the helm. Janice, with Shawns' support and lots of love for all involved, have shown, with everyone's participation within the family unit, how things can be accomplished in an organized fashion. True, there are always some “poopy” situations daily within the family. You guys overcome each situation and carry on together as a unit. Kudos to you all!! ♥️♥️

I love your family! My baby turned 20, last month & I'm single, so I have nothing in common, but I'm watching anyway. If I could do my life over, I'd consider a larger family & homestead lol❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Wow such a busy day. However with all the help it sure does go fast "many hands make light work" Just a suggestion and in no means disrespectful, when you have low blood siugar/wt issues, I was told ( licensed dietician) to never eat from a container. Measure out your snack portions of nuts and berries and drink more water. It helped me realize how much I was really consuming in extra calories. I added in 10,000 steps and lost 64 pounds over 10 months. No more blood sugar problems!!!! Love your channel and family. Good old fashioned family farm life.

❤️Loved this DITL video! I was especially happy to see your white dog!! I adore dogs. Can’t rem how to spell the breed but I do know it. Going to check out the correct spelling after I finish commenting. 😊 The corn looks so good! My favorite way to have corn is on the cob or corn casserole. I have to admit corn is my least favorite garden veggie to put up because of the shucking and such. It always seems to be such a mess. We always did ours out in the back yard. It didn’t look like y’all were having any problems….I love your organizational skills. I have none. With a family the size yours there would be no other way. Let me repeat how much joy and calmness I find from your family. These videos are a true blessing to me. I’m alone 99% of the time and mostly bed-bound. It’s easy to become a bit down n out if I’m not careful. But your videos are like medicine to my spirit. From the bottom of my heart ❤️ I send you thanks and love. My prayers are with you all. I believe your decision to do YT videos was designed of God. How can I learn to tell Anna & Abigail apart? They could be twins imo. I appreciate the comment, Brianna! I'm actually working on revamping our family's schedule. We were already very busy prior to starting the UA-cam channel, but now we're even MORE busy. I have to figure out a better way to fit in all the homesteading, homeschooling, cooking, cleaning, AND UA-cam stuff in each day!

I love Great Pyrenees !!!! We had them and my daughter just lost her male !!!! Wonderful dogs !!!! Hard headed though ! LOL ! People don’t know how wonderful they are !! I enjoyed seeing your routine for a day and also how your children worked together with the chores. It reminds me of when I was a child. It reminds me of a song I learned when I was little and it goes, "When we're helping, we're happy and we sing as we go, for love to help mother as we all love her so." I learned this when I was 3 yrs. old (59 yrs. ago).
I love that you hang the laundry outside, its real common in my country to do it (New Zealand) we didn't have a dryer growing up.
This is your channel and community, there is no need for nasty comments from anybody. You are in charge of shaping the community. Haters and naysayers- bye bye. Your channel will grow bigger and faster without them and their toxic comments.
