Kaiser Bach se confunden porque la cancion de gerudo valley es mas un flamenco que un estilo mexicano cuando el grupo que vemos aquí lleva el atuendo mexicano para un ritmo no muy acorde al tema.
Abel Gilces Gonzalez el mariachi es tradicionalmente mexicano. pero deriva también de una tradición europea, de los instrumentos de cuerda y de viento. de la misma manera que la música española.
en realidad creo q el cover nunca dice Mexican cover o algo así, solo es un cover de cuerdas. nada más. no hay porque pensar que se confunfen culturas y si es el caso. es solo un cover. nqda tiene que ver con la música tradicional mexicana o española.
Hay muchas canciones de mariachi que suenan justo así, tienen el mismo ritmo y la misma instrumentación. Hasta podría argumentar que como no tiene voz ni va unida a ningún baile, no hay algo en esa canción que demuestre más allá de toda duda que es flamenco y no mariachi.
Y mucha música mexicana tiene influencia española, que a su vez tampoco es tan original y tiene mucho de influencia árabe.
Entonces no, ni me molesta ni creo que estén tan perdidos.

Actually, the song is Japanese. Whether the Gerudo valley is supposed to be Spain or Mexico is kind of like splitting hairs because it's fictional.
You are right, the song is indeed very Spanish in rythm. I find the use of mariachi style very fitting for a cover because of its Spanish roots and the use of trumpets though.
The Gerudo Valley theme actually reminds me of flamenco, which is Spanish music, not Mexican.
