Sherri I have so much patience now, almost nothing gets to me anymore. I prayed hard for it and GoD has granted it to me. Things still bother me of course but not as much as before. Yes I did the silly putty thing, played hide-n-go seek on our cul-de-sac, red light green light and tag, and when the street lights came on it was time to go home. I wish today's kid's would put down their electronics and go outside and really enjoy the outside and create great memories. I have many and really miss those times.

I bought those marshmallows today and they are so good. I also got the baby rattles that is a sloth for my grandson’s shower this weekend. I also found the Dino gift bag that you showed a while back. I have looked since I saw that video came out and finally found it today. The theme of his nursery is dinosaurs!
I would get my girls (now in their late 20s) a few ornaments a year that represented something new or memorable that we did that year. When they moved into their own homes, I gave them their container of ornaments. It’s pretty cool when you grab the ornaments & it invokes a memory or feeling! I have a granddaughter now & my daughter is keeping that tradition alive for her! Plus it’s one less thing that you have to buy when you move out.

I went to to Dt today after paying my expensive Dr bill. I skipped the candy isle and I was thrilled found the brushes, body butters creams and cleansers,cleaning wipes, measuring spoons.
Sherri, girl I feel for you when you’re talking about trying to cut down/ cut out sugar. I know exactly how you feel, I love peach rings, all the candy from DT too! I crave it too but it’s so bad for us at our age I am 56 like you and u get the weygovey shot weekly and that helps a lot with the sugar cravings so I have been much better I use to eat candy multiple times a day , now I do treat myself but not anything like I was before, it will cause you to loose weight when your not consuming it on a daily, I soooo understand!
