I'm loving the lightest blue color that you painted the planter to use as your scale maybe a little lighter with hints of the slightest the black and white gingham plaid. I think those colors look so French Country and cottage. That's what I have been doing. I loved those plastic containers you spray painted that mint green color! I love that Color as well. I love the French cottage blue mixed with the black and white/ Charcoal and white gingham color. But my favorite is the gray color and white gingham. I fell asleep and woke up to this.
I'm always losing my craft supplies which I blame on my dog but of course i find it either after i complete my project or purchase a dupe. My son says it's my age - 71. Of course he's only 31 and remembers everything. Thankfully my daughter in law is very organized and she and her friend cleaned out four 20 ft trailer loads to our landfill. I ordered fifteen 55 gal plastic bins from Amazon and they arranged according to seasons and craft supplies in my extea room. Now i know where everything is and am at the end of making a craft room. I've wanted one for 50 yrs and now I'm getting one to use during this crazy pandemic. You're never too old to get a craft room. Maybe i wont lose stuff anymore. 😍💐💜😷

Love your twisted burlap Rose's. They are very pretty. I love making these roses out of different things. I've made some from used dryer sheets and dryed baby wipes that you've used to wipe up excess glue. You just cut the dryer sheet or baby wrap into strips. Then make just like you're except twist them till you have a sort of rope. Go around, gluing here and there as you did. They are delicate and you can make them any size.
Love, love, love the wreath you made for your mom. She will cherish it all the more cause you custome made it for her.
Your wreath is awesome. As you added bows and loops. I thought it was over the top, but when you were done, I loved it funny faces and all. Lol.
I like decorating my home in the shabby chic style
I made an oversized tassel years ago. I used various sizes of lace, ribbons and p oh eves cut from an old tea shirt. I wrapped sequin ribbon around the top and added a flower made from red and silver rickrack to the top. I really like how it turned out.
It hangs on the headboard of my bed. I left it there even when I moved to a different home.
Mixing these two artists work is espically nice. They enhance each other.
Love the topiary. I haven't made one of these yet, but may give it a try after seeing how easy you made it.
We are having some warmer weather right now. If the temps drop again we call this a fake spring
The Mckenize checks/lemon combination is fabulous . I did get 4 of those lemon place mats in the past, so now I can start to create this table. During your video I went to amazon to order the napkins and they are unavailable at this time. I will practice patience . The burlap wreath is a must. What you stated about our Moms ( our first true love) I share with with you. In less than 10days, two more sisters and my self are moving our mother (87yrs) to our sisters home in Georgia . We are driving from Texas! I look forward to spending time with her and 3 of my sisters. I did a patriotic wreath with old Raph Lauren "aged American flag halter" for the coming 4th of July, the rest of my house coastal (I live 4 blocks from the seawall!) Now I see I want to do the lemon /Mckenzie vibe to transition to the fall ! Thank you for this video.

How exciting! As far as decorating, in the summer time, I do most of my decorating OUTSIDE! And this year, I've extended my flower beds out a little bit and gave them a prettier shape! {rather than just straight across} now on the INSIDE, all I'm doing pretty much is making (just a few) somewhat of muted patriotic semi small projects. I am VERY patriotic so I wanted to make just a small area of patriotic pieces that I'm making to look really old and have thar kind of "black and white photo" look. Like in place of WHITE, I'm using burlap or coffee stained ripped fabrics and then for the RED, I'm doing more of a burgundy color and then for the BLUE, I'm making it a really dark, kinda dirty looking navy and some ripped up denim pieces.... {the whole "dirty" look kinda goes along with the "shabby" part of my "shabby chic" home! My whole plan for this is so I can leave it out all year. The traditional "bright red white and blue" just don't look right with the rest of my house. I haven't decided yet where I'm gonna put all of this, but it will be maybe on the wall where the stairs are.... That way you can still see it, but it's not so "in your face". ANYHOO, I sure hope I can win at least ONE of the giveaways! Being on disability, I don't get to shop much other than the essentials like glue, paint, etc.... I recently won a $25 gift card for "TOTALLY DAZZLED" and I'm super excited because I've been wanting to get some of their stuff ever since I first saw it and NOW I can!!!! Hello sweet lady! I am THRILLED about this compilation...... I'm in love with all of your pioneer woman DIYs and how you tie it all in with the rest of your projects. I have a huge frame that I purchased from a garage sale and I will be putting the pioneer woman clipart in with a farmhouse sign. It's already been painted teal so I'm thinking of putting a thin whitewash over it to let just a little of that beautiful color show through. Then again, I'm already such a fan of the classic farmhouse white..... decisions decisions. Happy DIYing my sweet friend and thank you for all of the wonderful inspiration. We built a cabin in the woods 23 years ago.. when I say we that sums it up.Hubs is a master electrician,but done it ALL. Even cutting the trees down. It took us close to two years working every day but Sunday.Until recently I had no theme, just what I had and was given. I'm 75 now and have the time to craft so I think I lean more towards farmhouse .You have an eye for the feminine , soft n gentle. Which is beautiful!! I have a buffalo skull, a fish my father caught and a painting my mother in law painted of a horse when she was alive ! I'm different! But I do paint and have made a huge grapevine wreath ! Be blessed..oh I liked the lamp and the sunflower!
Olivia, I saw a lady using electrical tape on round vases and flower pots for lines. The electrical tape stretches for a smooth easy line.

And the simple but elegant bedroom decor. I might make something similar for my granddaughters bedrooms. All very beautiful. 🌸🌺. I also love the Rooster farmhouse wreath. My kitchen is farmhouse decor and the farmhouse style porcelain sink that I’ve decorated with some of my grandmother’s dishes and my cookbook I received as a wedding shower gift 40 yrs ago.
