    I thought we'd see some stone lifts and log squats or carries. I'm pretty sure strongman training would be more akin to how they trained.

    Actual Viking workout: strong man, heavy club swinging, and lots of time on a rowing machine.

    A real viking would do overhead presses,barbell rows ,and various curls.Run sprints also.

      Can't go wrong with Monday Wednesday Friday but if that's to much start with Monday & Thursday for a few weeks then go to Monday Wednesday Friday when you feel ready. Hope that helps.

      For best gains, you want to be doing *intense* workouts (to failure or just before failure if fatigue is a concern) controlling eccentric movement and exploding your accentric from full range of motion for an hour a day, 4-5 times a week.
      Don't gotta be at the gym for hours a day

      Yes brother I've stop doing bodybuilding type workouts and followed the 6 month plan from his book and I've been able to maintain my strength and size so far I'm on month 2

    Vikings were beat by Native Americans warriors when they arrived to the east coast of what is the United States today,so they weren't that though.
