This is one of the first routines I did when I bought your book, I think the same year it was published. Love your meat and potatoes approach to fitness. Zero bullshit.
I tryed it today.. only with 110lb.. with substitute for pullups... but man that was taugh on empty stomach even with pauses.. not used to back squats and deadlifts, those are the hard ones in my opinion. Pushups and bench press goes easy but overall taugh circuit.
For the bench can I swap them for dumbbells cause my gym benches are usually in demand and might be an issue to do this type of workout. But they got 50kg Dumbbells.
I don´t have access to a gym, but do my workout routines at home, so I can´t do bench press and pull ups. I do however dumbbells and barbells. What exercises would you recommend that I do instead?
In your other videos when you do Bulgarian split squats you have your front foot on plates would you recommend that and what's your reasoning behind that?
All very well and good, but what about those of us who workout at home? Or those who are considerate enough to not me monopolize several workout stations in the gym? Not a particularly realistic workout is it

Thank you. Any other workouts you want me to film?

How much rest between sets ??
Your videos are quite inspiring and helpful.. Best wishes from India 🇮🇳💪
Awesome workout. Not something you can do at a gym like Blink. Maybe at an Equinox location when it is not busy.
Can you please make a bodyweight version of this as I don't have the equipment available and I travel alot so finding a gym is difficult.
Alot is not a word.
👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👊🏾👊🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾 u are awesome Bobby
I have a garage gym with one bar, so I'll have to figure this one out LoL
Same here brother 100 pound barbel squats overhead press and barbel curls that's all I do or if I feel like

I have people do this with dumbbells regularly….
Does the pull ups replace the Rows? THere is no shoulder work out? I have done 5x5's in the past This seems to be more intense.
thanks

So you don’t have a bench? Or pull up bar is what you’re saying?

I see he hasn't replied. It's an advanced position that increases your range of motion (loaded stretch). Stay strong! =[]==[]=
How many days a week and how many weeks do you recommend
Google it.
@@BeBetterTomorrow321 I did and got nothing but thanks for the advice captain obvious
How about a dumbbell version?
Barbell dude!
Muy buenas, por favor podrías hacer un canal en español
You're missing Rows (BB, DB, Penlay or body rows)
Incline press
How often should this be done? Once a week, month? How many days per week?
Twice a day
Every single day
No rest no recovery 🤔
@@GNW-so4yk lol no rest / no recovery = _no gains and risk of injury._ =[]==[]=
Full body workouts you typically do 3 to 4 days. Example Mon Wed Friday and or Sun
